The Republic of Stonemasons is the northeastern-most State on the continent of Ardonmeri. Before the Deconstruction of the Chasm, it was the most populous state. It remains the second largest State on the continent by size.
In Nausea, Giulia visits its capital and largest city Minendorf, as well as the quarries south of the Felgheard Forest. The quarries are within the Minendorfer city-state's borders.

The Republic of Stonemasons is a federative republic and comprises nine federal states (Bundesländer). Each state is largely autonomous in regards to its internal organisation. The states of Lohenwarft and Dämmerwart have territorial disputes with the Kingdom of Eligos (specifically the administration of l'État d'Albégué).
Only the contested territory of Lohenwarft is overseen by the greater Republic government rather than its local state government. Due to agreements with the local population, Dämmerwart administers all of its own territory, including the contested claims of Eligos.
